Coloured PoPcorn by sister/in/islam
1/4 cup popcorn seeds
1/4 cup sugar
1Tblsp Colouring of choice
Method:
Mix all 3 above together in a Bowl. Place 1/4 cup of Oil into your Pot .Heat the oil n then put in the corn that is mixed in the bowl .stir it and as soon as it starts popping cover with a lid and as corn is popping shake the pot so that the corn gets coated well .once all the corn is popped toss out on to a tray.


Pavlova by sister/in/islam
6 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar ( 3/4 castor n 3/4 normal )
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
2 tsp heaped maizena
2 tsp vinegar
MeTHOD:
Beat egg whites stiff.
Beat in sugar, 1 Tbl at a time.
Beat in salt, vanilla essence , maizena and vinegar.
Place onto greased tray – Do NOT flatten – can use baking paper. (Drop onto tray with spatula , next to each other).
Bake at 160′ for 30 mins
Then- 130′ for 30 mins
Then-100′ for 20 mins
Leave in off oven for 45 mins.
Topping – beat fresh cream , spread over cooled pavlova , decorate with granadilla’s , strawberries , kiwi , pecans , grated choc etc
{I baked for 20 mins each time and not
   30 mins }
For chocolate version, add 3Tbls cocoa to the mixture and before placing on tray you may add chopped chocolate..


Chocolate mousse by anon
300g chocolate
3 eggs seperated
30g butter
300ml orley whip
Method:
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add in butter and cool then add in egg yolks. Mix well. Beat orley whip stiff. Add in chocolate mixture. Mix well. Beat egg whites stiff. Then fold into the cream chocolate mixture. Set and decorate as desired.
